Tripod
When it comes to solo travel, a tripod will be your choice. I don’t travel with mine. I always bring JOBY instead, light and not so big.
This amazingly flexible sidekick can be moulded and manipulated to suit your unique and out-of-the-ordinary needs.
External Flash
Looking to do nighttime photography or shoot in low-light or unevenly-lit areas, you’ll need one.
Filters
JJC 49mm UV Filter for Canon EOS M50
It will help absorb ultraviolet light and reduce the bluish cast of daylight
Also reduce dust, moisture, and scratches from reaching lens elements.
Spare Batteries.
Speaking of batteries, I always make sure to carry a few spares with me when I’m shooting.
Memory Card
I use memory cards with each place I go and label them. That way, I will remember the name of the places when I work on my pictures.
However, if you’re planning to shoot a lot of content regularly, your memory cards must be up for the task.
I recommend looking for cards that are at least 32GB, if not larger. In addition, the card quality is another important factor in consideration.
Here is a detailed post about the photography equipment I use.
